Slow Motion

I don't know why, but it feels like this last week has taken so long to pass. Tomorrow the kids go back to school. I find out when I start my job at GameStop. I don't doubt that God has a plan for my life, and I have already claimed the job at GameStop in the name of the Lord. I just hope he agrees with me.

I worked on my game design document a bit today, and I realized that I've got a lot of work cut out for me. I've gotten the basic idea down for the first level, but I honestly cannot see the game in my mind. So I am debating on if I should just leave that part out of the GDD in order to give my team (still need to get one of those too) creative freedom to see what they come up with. Oh well, I guess I still have miles to go before I sleep.

Home Stretch

As you may recall, today was my final presentation for my Senior Project Class, and man did we KILL IT! This one group kinda bombarded us with these ridiculious questions but Laura and I handled it very well. I was sooo tempted to ask them some hard questions too but I decided not to let the devil get the best of me. At the end of their presentation I actually started feeling bad for them because they were being asked questions and they had a hard time answering them.

So enough of that, I am so excited for next week. The kids go back to school, and Kayla and I should find out when we start our newjobs. Granted we still don't officially know that we will get these jobs, but we are claiming them in the name of Jesus so I know we got the jobs, we just don't know WHEN we're starting lol. Pray for us y'all, we need these jobs so we can get up out of Kayla's parents' house and start blessing others the way our lives have been blessed these two and a half years. Only God knows how we're not out and on the street by now.

Guess who's back! Back again.....PR1C3 is back!

Holy crap, ok so I know its been a while since I lost posted something. The sad truth is that I....well I kinda forgot what my login was. Yeah I know, I should have tried harder to figure it out. I shouldn't have given up on all of you out there in the interweb, but I kinda just gave up. But I am back now, and I really think I'll be writing more often.

Well lets see, the last time you heard from me, I had just gotten my job at GameStop. Sadly, it was only seasonal and they couldn't keep me. Good news is that there is a new store manager there and I just had an amazing interview last Thursday so I expect to be working there again by the second week of school.

I've come to the conclusion that after I get this BSTM (that's a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management) this November, I'm gonna go back to school at get my Masters in Project Management. At the same time I'll take classes and slowly but surely work my way to another Bachelor in Game Design. Gotta get this idea for this video game out of my head and into the real world.

Anyway, that's enough for now. I have my final presentation for my senior project class happening tomorrow. Pray for me y'all.
